Vikings Stadium Requirements

On May 19, 1999, the Minnesota Vikings presented the MSFC with an outline of the team's minimum stadium program needs and requirements. According to the Vikings, "The requests submitted did not try to set a new standard for the National Football League, and were, in fact, below the average of recently planned or constructed stadiums in most every category. Following is a breakdown:"

The Metropolitan Sports Facilities Commission analysis has proposed 6,400 lower level "deluxe seats," which would be tied to finished entertainment space.
