As the nation continues to try making sense of the September 11th attacks and of new biological warfare threats, many are turning to religion for comfort, guidance and understanding. Here is a sampling of viewpoints from religious organizations and writers.

•Rev. Steve Cornils, pastor at Mount Olivet Lutheran Church in Minneapolis.
He told MPR's Cathy Wurzer that church attendance has increased dramatically since the September 11 attacks. Listen to the interview.
