Kathy Bedford runs the Midwest Center for Weight Control in Maple Grove. The clinic has opted not to deal with insurance at all, rather than sort out the complexities and frequent denials that accompany their weight loss services. Bedford holds five-pound models of fat and muscle used as visual aids for patients. |
