The cows in Dennis Ritter's central Minnesota barn need a visit from a vet about twice a month. Ritter says it getting hard to find a vet quickly because their schedules fill up fast. Veterinarians say it's difficult to recruit qualified help because fewer vet students are interested in working with livestock. |
