U.S. House Majority Leader Rep. Tom DeLay (R-TX) (C) and Rep. James Sensenbrenner Jr. (R-WI) (L) congratulate Terri Schiavo's brother, Bobby Schindler (R), after the House passed legislation to let a federal judge decide whether to prolong Schiavo's life. The Senate then passed the same bill in a special Sunday session, and President Bush signed it into law early Monday. |
