Leech Lake Tribal Chairman George Goggleye says he's heartbroken by all of the senseless deaths in Cass Lake. The chairman says the community needs to declare war on drug dealers, gansters and those who perpetrate violent crimes. Goggleye has invited tribal, state and local agency leaders to begin working togethr to fix the community's complicated social problems.
