Authors of the highest-ranked and most compelling proposals will be invited to discuss their ideas at a town hall meeting on October 18th, at the Penumbra Theatre in St. Paul. The event will run from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Kerri Miller, host of MPR's Midmorning show will moderate, and the show will be recorded for broadcast on October 22nd at 9:00 a.m.
